10-Yard Container Rental & Haul Fee: Starting at $275
Details of What’s Included:
- 10-Yard Roll-off Dumpster Container
- 7-Day Rental
- First Ton Included ($65/ton after 1st ton)
Additional Fees:
- Service station fee based on weight – Invoiced
- $10/day after 7 days
- $100 dry-run fee ONLY if the dumpster is blocked or over full at pick up
*Pricing and time reset after each haul.
How Big Are The Dumpsters?
10-Yard Container Can Hold:
- 100 normal Trash bags
- 3-4 Truck Loads
- The Average Contractor Dump Trailer only holds 3-7 Yards.
- Easily fits furniture, mattresses and other common household and construction waste.
- Easily fits in your standard parking spot or driveway.
- Not to tall where you can’t easily load.
- Includes easy load door for quick and easy loading of larger items.4

Want Something Bigger than 10-Yards?
Just let us know and for another $275 we will bring out another one with a new set of 7 days and 1st ton to swap-out the full one. This lets you take up just the right amount of space as you work on your project.
If you have room, for larger jobs we can bring you 2 or more and then pick them up and swap them out as needed. We will gladly work with you to coordinate the logistics to help you with your larger jobs.

Rent a Porta John for $150
Details of What’s Included:
- Durable and Always Clean
- Secure, Lockable Door
- Stocked with Toilet Paper and Hand Sanitizer
- $75 Per Weekly Cleaning Service as long as you have the rental.
Additional Fees:
- $75 dry-run fee ONLY if the Porta John is blocked or damaged
- NO additional delivery, pickup, or environmental fees. That is all included in your initial payment.
