What Can You Put in a Dumpster Rental?

You load them, call for a pickup and the mess is hauled away.
However, you can’t just throw anything in a rental dumpster, so knowing what is allowed before renting is essential! Please see below.

What can you put in a dumpster rental?

      • Furniture and Mattresses

      • Yard Debris

      • Demolition/Remodel Debris- Wood, concrete, brick, glass, etc.

      • Household Trash

      • Soil

      • Roofing Debris and Shingles

      • Fencing

      • Carpeting

      • Flooring

What is not allowed in a dumpster rental?

      • Tires

      • Batteries

      • Automotive Fluids

      • Paint, Lacquer, Stain, Thinner, Varnish

      • Chemicals of any kind (i.e pool chemicals. pesticides)

      • Electronics- TV’s, computers. Monitors, VCR’s, cell phones, radios, microwaves

      • Major Appliances- dishwashers, ovens, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators

      • Fluorescent Light Bulbs and Ballasts

      • Water-Soluble Solids- borax, lye, caustics/acids

      • Biological and Medical Waste

If there are items above not allowed in our rentals you need to dispose of please check with your local landfill and transfer stations- some are able to be disposed of for free or at a charge.
