- 10-Yard Roll-off Dumpster Container
- 7-Day Rental
- First Ton Included ($65/ton prorated after 1st ton)
Additional Charges:
- Service station fee based on weight – Invoiced
- $10/day after 7 days
- $100 dry-run fee ONLY if the dumpster is blocked or over full at pick up.

What If I Need Another Dumpster or
Want Something Bigger than 10-Yards?
Just let us know and for another $275 we will bring out another one with a new set of 7 days and 1st ton included to swap-out the full one. This lets you take up just the right amount of space as you work on your project.
If you have room, for larger jobs we can bring 2 or more and then pick them up and swap them out as needed. We will gladly work with you to coordinate the logistics to help your project go smoothly.

- Weekly Cleaning Included in Flat Rate Price
Additional Fees:
- $100 dry-run fee ONLY if the Porta John is blocked or damaged when we go to pick it up.
- NO additional delivery, pickup, or environmental fees. That is all included in your initial payment.
